The reorganization primarily affects operations in Romania, targeting experimental projects and non-essential positions as the company transitions to a 'lean startup' model with compact, agile teams. The company reported losses of 33 million lei in 2024 (vs. profit of 42 million lei in 2023) and the EGLD token fell below $6 in early 2026. The exact number of layoffs was not disclosed.
